Security

Security patrols are provided at five of the eight designated communities. The five targeted communities include:

The FCHA contracts for security guards to patrol each community by foot and perform Detex rounds, which provide a computerized log of patrol activities. The Internal Intelligence Security firm of New York is the current service provider. Each of the security patrols consists of a two-person team working seven days a week, rotating throughout the communities in order to be familiar with each locations physical layout and potential problem areas.

The FCHA security teams work closely with local law enforcement officers as well as community resident leaders to achieve a holistic approach to our community security efforts.
